A Commitment To The Little Things

PACKAGES
For most of our jobs, we provide a custom, flat rate fee depending on several factors including the scope of your project, the type of space you have, the square footage of your house, and the estimated time that we believe your project will take. If you are interested in starting with a consultation, our consultations are $350 for a one-hour call. Additional time added to your consultation will be billed at $250 per hour.
OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Tell us everything! We want to know all about your family, and how you live your life. We’ll discuss your must-haves, inspiration points, and pain points alike, and engineer your home to make life easier and to be a place you always want to be.
STEP 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We work with your Contractor/builder or our trade professionals to execute your directions, establishing floor plans, elevations, materials and details to ensure a cohesive flow that fits your budget and your vision.
STEP 3: PRESENTATION - AKA DESIGN DAY!
We present plans, drawings, and design boards. Touch and feel tile or fabric as the vision for your home takes shape.
STEP 4: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our design team will work closely throughout the construction/renovation process, communicating on your behalf with schedules, drawings, and site visits to ensure the correctness and quality of your project.
STEP 5: ORDERING AND EXPEDITING
Once the designs have been approved we will begin the ordering process. Our team will coordinate everything from purchasing, delivery and installation.
STEP 6: INSTALLATION AND REVEAL DAY - EVERYONE’S FAVORITE DAY!
This is the moment you have been waiting for! The Spaces in Bloom team will arrive and install everything from rugs, furniture, window treatments to the perfect book for your amazing new coffee table. Sofas will be places, bookshelves will be styled and filled, beds are made and all the pillows are fluffed. You will then walk into the most beautiful, comfortable, and new perfect home.
