ABOUT XELA
Meet Xela Andrews, the owner and lead interior designer at Spaces in Bloom Designs – a full-service residential design firm that helps clients overcome a range of design challenges. From selecting architectural details and finishes and collaborating with architects and builders to creating custom pieces tailored to your living space and decorating a functional and beautiful space with furniture and accessories, Xela's team at Spaces in Bloom Designs is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.
With projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Nashville, TN, Spaces in Bloom Designs has gained a reputation for excellence in the interior design industry. Xela herself lives in Brentwood, TN with her husband. As a Nashville interior designer and a new empty nester, she has a fresh appreciation for how homes evolve through the different seasons of life and she loves helping families create spaces where people can gather, celebrate, and simply enjoy being together. That perspective shapes the way she approaches every project, designing homes that feel timeless, personal, and truly lived in.
ABOUT LAURA
Meet Laura Hanley. Over seven years ago, Xela Andrews and Laura Hanley first met at Roanoke Trading Company in Dallas, Texas. As a frequent customer, Xela quickly bonded with Laura over their shared love for home interiors. Through these interactions, Laura learned more about Xela's work as an interior designer and the exciting projects she was part of.
One day, Xela invited Laura to assist with some of her design projects, and Laura eagerly accepted the opportunity, which marked the beginning of a wonderful partnership! Xela mentored Laura, providing design opportunities that challenged her and helped her grow as a designer. Xela's belief in Laura's capabilities pushed her to new heights, for which Laura is incredibly grateful. As Laura closed the doors of Roanoke Trading Company to join Xela full-time at Spaces in Bloom Designs, she carried forward the lessons and experiences from RTC. Roanoke Trading Company will always hold a special place in Laura's heart, as it was the catalyst for a flourishing friendship and a strong professional relationship.
Laura brings her seven years of interior design experience and strengths in sourcing and decor to Spaces in Bloom. Together with Xela, she is excited to be part of a collaboration that’s built on a shared vision and a commitment to putting clients' needs first.

We recently completed our custom home build and brought in Space In Bloom to help give us direction to ensure the vision of our home was cohesive, warm, and inviting. Space In Bloom helped execute not just the vision but the feeling we wanted to create for our home, exactly!
