Scope of Work
The Tulip Project started in a really fun way—these clients actually found us after seeing a home we had designed on the market. Seeing that transformation gave them a new perspective on what a home could become, and it helped them start dreaming a little bigger about their own.
When they found the right house, they knew they wanted to reimagine it—and they knew exactly who to call.
From the beginning, they brought such a fun, energetic spirit to the process, which made this project a joy to be part of. Together with the builder, we focused on opening up the home and creating spaces that felt more connected, functional, and inviting.
One of the biggest transformations was the kitchen. What was once small and closed off became a space designed for gathering—with room for family and friends to comfortably come together. That openness carried into the surrounding areas, including a refreshed family room, breakfast area, sitting room, and office, allowing the home to flow in a way it hadn’t before.
The end result is a home that feels open, welcoming, and full of life—a true reflection of our clients and how they love to live and entertain.
